HW#3
*What did you like about it?*
I liked that it gave the history on distance learning. It shows the time and effort spent on the research.
*How does it fit the WP#2 assignment prompt?*
It references research and introduces the fucused issue.
* If you were going to revise this to submit for WP#2, what would you change? Why?*
I would revise most of this because it looks more like the original rough draft from WP#1 than an annotation. It doesn't cite enuogh resources and doesn't give clear detail on where each side stand on the issue. I would reference sources and there position on answering my topic sentence rather than stating history on the subject.

ReplyDeleteHey Summer, I was amazed at how old distance learning had been around for. I myself am not a big fan of it. If I am putting up good money to go to school I think I should get the attention every student deserves. But, I think they can be extremely convenient for people who can't attend due to their schedule or whatever. I hope that you are doing well with your paper. Good Luck
ReplyDeleteWe share similar thoughts on what needs to be changed on this example. I was not pleased with it at all since it was so poorly done, now i will have to wait to see your rough draft to know if i'm on the right track ;)
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with you .. it seems like it was the beginning of a research proposal! I wasn't sure where he was trying to go with it and then he answered his own question in the end.
